About Design Studio West

Since 1982, Lee Austin Construction has worked with homeowners, architects, designers, and high-end kitchen and bath dealers in upscale communities throughout San Diego. We've designed and constructed projects for doctors, engineers, attorneys, astronauts, scientists, business professionals and prominent local and international business owners.

Lee Austin Construction began working with Design Studio West on kitchen and bath projects in 1985. In 2001, Lee Austin Construction purchased Design Studio West in La Jolla. The merger created a full service design-build construction and remodeling company capable of taking projects from concept, design, project management and completion under one roof.

The extensive capabilities of our award-winning designers, proven construction team, fine custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and top quality products meet the requirements of the most discriminating client. We provide outstanding personalized service and enduring value in high-end kitchens, baths and full scope construction projects.
